How to make really Jesus-Christ as your daily bread

Making Jesus Christ, the light of the world, the living word of God his daily bread connotes the desire to receive and walk every day in the light of His word. Jesus-Christ, the bread of life given for the salvation of humanity. We are therefore called to spend each day on earth with this burning desire to consume the bread of life: the living word that illuminates our paths.

Matthew 6:9-13

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

When a person properly nourishes his body, he avoids several diseases.
